When will my order ship? (Domestic and International)
Orders containing New Releases that are submitted in advance (Wednesday through Tuesday evening) for Wednesday new releases are shipped Wednesday (the day the books are released).
All other orders usually ship within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Please note that problems relating to credit card status or billing information provided by the customer can delay shipping.
Shipping Information: / Inventory :
We order our inventory direct from the manufactures and vendors such as Diamond Comics Distributors.
Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS for domestic shipping, International will ship with USPS. If your order is a Pre-Order we will ship items as RELEASE and in STOCK from the Distributors.
In stock items typically ship 1-3 Business Day, after payment has cleared.
If you need to change your shipping address, after you placed order please e-mail us immediately with your new address.
All orders are pack with shipping materials to avoid any damage that may occur in transit.
Comic will come in a Protective Bag and Boarded , Toys will come in a Box with Packing Materials, Mailed First Class with Tracking Number.
Entertainment & Sport Single Cards are shipped in a protective sleeves.
We do ship international however, we are not responsible for CUSTOM FEE'S please check with you locale Carrier in regards to Custom Fee's.
What are your shipping methods? (Domestic)
During checkout, you will be given the option to choose between Economy Mail, USPS Priority Mail, and UPS.
All domestic orders are shipped within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). EXCEPTION: New releases ordered in advance will be shipped on Wednesday (new release day). Please note that problems relating to credit card status or billing information provided by the customer can delay shipping.
Is my shipping really FREE?
Qualifying domestic orders of over $85.00 can be shipped free by USPS Economy. Free shipping applies to all domestic orders that are composed only of comic books, graphic novels, books, magazines, and back issues that exceed $85.00—simply select the free ECONOMY MAIL shipping option during checkout.
Orders that include statues, toys, apparel, grab bags or other merchandise cannot be shipped for free. If you order over $85.00 in comics, with some merhandise included, select ECNONOMY MAIL for a special discounted shipping rate. Unfortunately, Previews orders and international orders do not qualify for free shipping.
Will there be a delay if I place an order during the week of a holiday?
In the event that there will be any delays due to holidays, etc, we will post a notice stating this on the site.
Do you ship to APO or FPO addresses?
We certainly do! Just choose USA as your country for your shipping address, and you will be charged a domestic rate.
We should mention that orders shipped by Economy Mail to APO or FPO addresses are subject to large delays, and we would recommend selecting USPS Priority Mail instead.
Do all your comics come with a FREE bag & board?
Every comic book is shipped to our customers in a bag and board, absolutely FREE. Midtown comic book bags are 2.25ga thick polypropylene. Our boards are acid free and completely archival safe. (Please note that clearance books, grab bags, and odd-sized comics may not be bagged and boarded.)
What condition are your books in?
All our books are brand new, near mint. Additionally we bag and board all comics before shipping at no charge.
Are all your books first printing? / Yes, all books are first printing unless otherwise noted.
When do you post new releases? / New releases are posted every Thursday for books arriving the following Wednesday.
Can I buy new books before Wednesday? / Yes, new releases can be ordered as soon as they are posted on Thursday. However, any order containing new release books cannot be completely processed until after we actually receive the new books on Wednesday, regardless of what day they are ordered.
Can I order multiple copies of any title? / Yes you can. However, we reserve the right to reduce the quantity that we ship on those rare occasions when supply is running very low. You will always be notified by e-mail in this unlikely event.
What are your return policies regarding current titles?
Due to the collectibility of the comics and merchandise we sell, we are unable to accept returns. In the case of damaged or mis-shipped orders, please contact us at asylumkollectibles.com.
Please e-mail us within (1) business day of receiving the damage item, and we will help you process your return and receive a replacement.
If we are unable to replace the item we will refund you for the damaged order, excluding shipping and handling. Please return all item in its original package and unused conditions.
Please e-mail us in regards to a LOST package. If four weeks, have passed since we confirmed the shipping of your order and you still have not received your package, we will replace your order immediately. .
If tracking number shows that your package has been delivered we will e-mail you.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal for both domestic and international orders.
We don't accept wire transfers at this time. / What should I do if my credit card is declined?
If you have another credit card, enter new credit card information.
Are your prices in US Dollars? / Yes, all prices are listed in US Dollars.
Payments & Pre-Orders :
Payment is due Immediately within (1) day 24 HRS of Auction Close, please email me with any questions before end of Auction.
Pre-Sales & Pre-Orders Are items that has not been release, and has a future release date, these items are not in stock. Many items are available for pre advance orders with a tentative release date.
If Pre-orders are release at a later date, we will notify you immediately, and if Pre-orders has been cancel we will return a full refund immediately.
A large amount of our stock tends to sell out through our preorders channels, in some rare circumstance , we may not receive our entire order and in those situations we will fill Pre-orders beginning with the earliest orders placed and continue filling the rest of the pre-orders.
When this happen, Allocations has occur from the Distributors. Allocations are not common, however, we do have this policy in place FIRST END, FIRST OUT for customers with advance orders.
General Ordering Information :
Where does my order ship from? / We ship from Fort Worth TX....
When you place a preorder, we increase our order with the manufacturer to cover your order.
Can I add a book to my order after I have placed it? / Orders are processed automatically. Additional items would require a separate order. Shipping of two orders cannot be combined.
What is a not available / back-ordered item? / Occasionally, an item will be temporarily out of stock; such back-ordered items will be shipped within 30 days at no additional cost. On rare occasions, an item may no longer be available; you will not be charged for such items.
How can I check the status of my order? / You can verify the status of your order on the site at any point in time by clicking "View Order Status"
Tracking information will be available within 24 hours
Pending New Releases :/ Your order is being held because it contain new items that are scheduled for Wednesday release. It will be shipped this coming Wednesday, when the new books arrive.
Can I cancel an order that I just submitted? / You can cancel an order as long as you do so before it is marked "ready to ship."

What happens if an item in my order turns out to be unavailable or the listing is incorrect?
We always try to keep our inventory and site listings as up to date and correct as possible, but sometimes, an error may occur. We will always try to find a solution that leaves everyone happy, but in the case of an unavailable issue or incorrect solicitation, we may have to refund or adjust your order.

At Asylum Kollectibles we use Overstreet guidelines for grading and pricing. If you have any questions about an item, please contact us at email@example.com before purchasing.
Asylum Kollectibles uses Overstreet values as a benchmark, but all of our comics are actually priced lower.
